Having no direct radiant heat, the temperature of the gas convection oven is absolutely controllable, eliminating belt temperature fluctuation and the possiblility of scorching or undercuring. The set point temperature is maintained in the plenum chamber, therefore it will compensate for changes in the amount of substrates going through the oven. Convection ovens, unlike infrared, are color blind, changes in colors from light to dark have no affect on the heat so they cure at exactly the same rate. As all gas dryers should be, they have no infrared panels which would adversely affect the curing process.
